Job responsibilities
- To be responsible for the ongoing support of existing and new CAM customers across the Cadspec customer base.
- To provide training on Autodesk CAM products, i.e. Powermill, FeatureCAM, Powershape, and PowerInspect.
- Working knowledge and experience of manufacturing processes would be beneficial but not essential
- Where applicable to consult with customers on the best use and/or implementation of CAM software and manufacturing strategies
- To promote the best overview of Cadspec and the Stanford Marsh Group to prospects and customers at all times
- Being customer-focused
- All other duties deemed necessary to the role
Personal qualities
- Ability to retain knowledge transferred on products, industry and given direction
- Must be able to work with multi-level contacts within large and small enterprises
- Must be able to work on own initiative in the field of operation
- Must be smart and presentable to a professional contact base
- Will preferably have a good track record of support for Autodesk Software (not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must be able to interact with other team members
Responsible to: Divisional Director
Job Purpose: To support, train and consult the Autodesk products that Cadspec supply across the UK
Hours of working: Flexible around customers office hours
Wage: Dependant upon experience
