There has been some strange products that we have been asked to cut at WaterJet Cutting but today has been one of the strangest.
Our programmers have got into the Halloween spirit and have created an array of some spooky (and some not so) designs for the staff to take home to their families. Using one of our pure waterjet cutting machines, our skilled programmers and machine operators were able to produce intricate detailing on the pumpkins that we hope will light up the faces of everyone who sees them.
Each design took between three and six minutes using a 0.8mm cutting head. The pumpkins were hollowed out before cutting and then were stuffed with rags to prevent the waterjet cutting through the back.
