Sir Vince Cable opens MY16 with a keynote to address manufacturers of all sectors across the region. Vince is the former Coalition Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills, Member of Parliament for Twickenham and deputy leader and shadow chancellor of the Liberal Democrats. He continues to be actively involved in a wide range of issues arising from his period as Secretary of State and preceding it.
