With a more prevalent variant of COVID-19 within our communities, mental health will again be an issue that businesses, their leaders and employees, will have to address.
Lloyd's Bank National Business Awards is hosting a webinar which will delve into mental health and well being within business. The group will call upon the experiences of individuals, who have faced mental health issues, and employers, who have embedded wellbeing into their company's culture.
Mental Health UK will provide expert advice and counsel and their panel discussion, which includes winners from last year's award scheme, will discuss what businesses can do to create an environment in which mental ill-health is in an open and supportive way.
