Here at Holmesterne Foods we promote a culture of strong leadership and diversity through teamworking. In an industry where management and senior roles are enjoyed by a predominantly male majority we like to think we are starting to break that mould.
As the business gears up to achieve our ambition for long term growth an increasing number of key positions, including both customer facing as well as internal job roles, are being driven by female colleagues. These include Sales, Technical, Development and HR plus other management roles throughout Head Office and our production facilities.
