Side Release tool was flashing constantly at the back of the tool and had been doing this for some time.
There was a lot of movement in the slides which was causing the top and bottom slides to not line up properly and then the nozzle would flash at the back of the tool.
Norman put the whole bolster on the grinder and brought the top surface flush with the slides.
The tool was put back into production and the flash was eliminated  Well Done Guys
Now we have to sort out the ejection and cavity thickness  we will leave that for another success story next week.
Great team effort and we are learning to replicate what happens on the machine in the toolroom  helping us get it right first time.
