As part of the tender process we challenged the market to put forward a proposal as to how we could reduce pallet intake, improve brand awareness and reduce the volume of sku’s required to ship our frozen and chilled meals.

Following a full packaging review detailing how all of the above requirements would be handled, we are pleased to say Encase secured the contract for the next 2 years.

When required we use their ‘Test Drive Design Centres’ for advice on new designs that offer effective low cost packaging options.

As a merchant it Is essential that we respond to customers requests quickly, we are pleased to say Encase provides our sales force with competitive quotations and in some instances 72 hour lead times.

Encase’s Customer Test Drive Centre was definitely the best option for us. Being able to consult a team of design experts about the different options, get a prototype made up there and then, as well as check the size and fit on a mock supermarket shelf was really useful, it saved our business so much time.
